The form available on the Site is used to establish business contact, including the opportunity to express interest in an offer or order product samples. <\/li>\n<li>The service is directed to professional entities (B2B), and communications initiated through the CTA are commercial in nature and comply with the provisions of the Law of July 12, 2024<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Electronic Communications Law and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services. To the extent that the data collected by these tools constitute personal data, the basis for their processing is also Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA.   <\/li>\n<li>With respect to data processed after submission of the contact form, the basis for processing is, in principle:<br \/>\na) 6(1)(f) RODO &#8211; the controller&#8217;s legitimate interests in handling business inquiries, conducting B2B commercial communications and defending against claims,<br \/>\nb) alternatively, Article 6(1)(a) RODO &#8211; if separate consent is required for certain marketing activities.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>7. cookie consent<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>The first time the user visits the Website, a cookie message is displayed that allows:<br \/>\na) acceptance of all cookies,<br \/>\nb) rejection of all non-essential cookies,<br \/>\nc) going to the detailed settings and selecting individual<\/li>\n<li>User inaction should not be considered as<\/li>\n<li>Checkboxes or sliders for analytics and marketing cookies should not be checked by default. Logging out deletes the login-related cookies.   <\/li>\n<li>When editing or publishing content in the CMS, the browser may save an additional technical cookie containing only the identifier of the edited entry; this cookie does not contain personal data and expires, as a rule, after 1 day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>8. marketing communications and Call To Action (CTA) mechanisms<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>The Service uses Call To Action (CTA) marketing communication elements, i.e. messages, in particular buttons, forms and text content, the purpose of which is to persuade the User to take a specific action, including, in particular, to send an inquiry, order product samples or make a business contact. <\/li>\n<li>Using the CTA, including filling out the contact form, constitutes a voluntary action by the User and is equivalent to initiating a business contact.<\/li>\n<li>Personal data provided through the CTA, in particular name and surname, business e-mail address and telephone number, are processed in order to handle an inquiry, present an offer, take steps to conclude a contract and conduct direct marketing of the administrator&#8217;s own products &#8211; on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 (RODO), and to the extent that cookies or similar technologies are used &#8211; also on the basis of the User&#8217;s consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO in connection with Article 173 of the Act of July 16, 2004. &#8211; Telecommunications Law).  <\/li>\n<li>In order to optimize the effectiveness of the CTA and to analyze conversions, the Service may use analytical and marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may involve profiling within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the RODO, while such profiling does not produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the User. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>9 Recipients of data and transfer of data outside the EEA<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In connection with the use of tools provided by third parties, data collected through cookies may be shared with technology, hosting, IT support, analytics or marketing providers.<\/li>\n<li>Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States.<\/li>\n<li>In such a case, the transfer of data shall be carried out using the mechanisms permitted by the RODO, in particular, either on the basis of a decision establishing an adequate level of protection or using standard contractual clauses, if required.
